BRİMAN AFPOLY group includes the polyurethane-based adhesive products used in EPS and rockwool panel production. During application the temperature of the sheets must be 30-35°C.
Also both chemicals must be conditioned at 21°C since their temperatures affect the reaction profile most effective. These materials are water-based and two-component systems and have the following properties:
- High adhesion to the metal sheet and polyester fiber even in minimum amount.
- Easiness of application
- Customer-specific solutions with fast reaction.
- High production efficiency due to low viscosity
- High performance against cold and hot temperature changes thanks to their high dimensional stability.
